ReviewGen AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating employee performance reviews based on user-provided input. The service is provided on a "pay-as-you-go" credit basis.

3. User Content and AI Generation

You retain all rights to the input data you provide to the service. You understand that the AI-generated outputs are generated dynamically based on your instructions. While we strive for high quality, ReviewGen AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated text for your specific employment, HR, or legal requirements. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before use.

4. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we will use your information, can be found at /privacy. By using this Website, you consent to the processing described therein and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

5. Payments and Credits

Credits purchased via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) are non-refundable unless required by law. Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ReviewGen AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
