When you use ReviewGen AI, we collect information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

• Account information (e.g., email address, name) when you sign up using your authentication provider.
• Information you input into the performance review generator (e.g., employee names, achievements, areas of improvement).
• Billing and payment information necessary to process your credit purchases securely through our partners (e.g., Lemon Squeezy).

2. How We Use Your Information

The primary purpose of collecting your information is to provide and improve the ReviewGen AI service. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Generate personalized performance review documents using artificial intelligence algorithms.
• Manage your account, track your credit balance, and provide customer support.
• Maintain a secure history of your generated reviews in your dashboard.

3. Data Security and Third Parties

We take data security seriously. Your authentication and database records are securely managed by Supabase. Your payment transactions are handled entirely by our secure payment gateway providers; we do not store your full credit card numbers on our servers. The text inputs you provide are temporarily transmitted to secure AI model providers (such as OpenAI/Anthropic via our API) strictly for the purpose of generating your review. We do not use your proprietary employee data to train our own models.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, edit, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can permanently delete your account and all associated generated reviews directly from the Settings page in your Dashboard. This action is irreversible.
