Sign in → click "New Generation" → fill in the employee name, role, key achievements, and select a tone → click Generate. Your AI-powered review will be ready in under 30 seconds.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?expand_more
No! You get 2 free credits on signup — no credit card required. You can generate 2 complete reviews for free.
What information do I need to provide?expand_more
At minimum: employee name, their role/position, and a few bullet points about their performance. The more detail you provide, the better the AI output will be.

How do credits work?expand_more
Each credit generates one complete performance review. Credits are one-time purchases — no subscription. They never expire.
What credit packs are available?expand_more
Starter (50 credits, $19), Pro (200 credits, $49), and Agency (1000 credits, $199). Larger packs offer better per-credit value.
Can I get a refund?expand_more
Due to the digital nature of our product, we generally don't offer refunds on used credits. If you're unsatisfied, reach out via our contact form and we'll work with you.
Where can I see my billing history?expand_more
Go to Dashboard → Settings. You'll find your complete billing history with receipt links.

5 tones: Supportive & Encouraging, Balanced & Professional, Constructive & Growth-Oriented, Direct & Results-Focused, and Formal & Comprehensive.
Can I edit the generated review?expand_more
Yes! After generation, you can edit the entire review using our built-in rich text editor. Add, remove, or modify any section.
What is the IDP Career Path Generator?expand_more
When enabled, the AI generates a personalized Individual Development Plan alongside the performance review, with career growth milestones and skill development recommendations.
How do I export my review?expand_more
You can export as PDF, copy to clipboard, or print directly from the review page using the action buttons.

Account & Privacy
Is my data secure?expand_more
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use Supabase for secure authentication and database storage. We never share your review data with third parties.
Can I delete my account?expand_more
Yes. Submit a request via our contact form and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
Do you use my reviews to train AI?expand_more
No. Your reviews are never used to train or improve our AI models. Your data stays private.
